General Refund Terms

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment and will be completed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Event-Specific Refunds

Event-specific refund rules may apply depending on the type of event and time of cancellation. Certain EO Dubai events may operate under a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy, as stated in their respective Event Policy.

In cases of duplicate payments, system errors, or event cancellations initiated by EO Dubai, full or partial refunds may be issued.
