Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel their registration or requested services within 24 hours, provided the event has not yet commenced. Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used by the customer and may take up to 45 days to process, depending on the issuing bank.

Certain EO Dubai events may have a strict no-cancellation or no-substitution policy as outlined in their respective Event Policy. Where such terms apply, the event-specific policy will prevail.

No-Refund or No-Cancellation Cases

If an event or service explicitly mentions a no-refund or no-cancellation policy, this will be clearly stated on the registration or payment page before completing your transaction.

EO Dubai Cancellations

EO Dubai reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, attendees will be notified, and refund or rescheduling options will be provided.
